

Tim O'Brien
President and Chief Executive Officer
Tim O’Brien has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces since January 2013. Tim leads all aspects of the $1.4B, 4,500+ employee global enterprise. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Tim served as Vice President and General Manager of SABIC Innovative Plastics, responsible for the engineering resins business in the Americas and Europe. SABIC Innovative Plastics, a business unit of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (“SABIC"), was founded in September 2007 with the acquisition of GE Plastics. Prior to SABIC, Tim began his career at General Electric as a Sales Representative for GE Lighting. Throughout his 24-year career at GE, he also held roles of increasing responsibility in Sales, Product Management, and General Management, including Vice President of Sales and Distribution Operations for the Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. Tim served as Senior Vice President for Commercial Finance at GE Capital running a global computer leasing business until 2003, when he Joined GE Plastics ultimately running the US and Europe businesses. Tim earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Massachusetts and his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio.


Ricky Crow
Vice President
Product Management of High Pressure Laminate
Ricky Crow has served as Vice President of Product Management (HPL) for Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces since February 2020. Ricky is responsible for overseeing our laminate product line across the global enterprise. Ricky joined Wilsonart in 1998 as a Chemist and has progressed through various roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Director of High Pressure Laminate for the Americas. Ricky holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.


Dave Rodgers
Chief Financial Officer
Dave Rodgers joined Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces in March 2022 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer. Dave is responsible for leading all aspects of Finance, including the Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax functions across the global enterprise. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Dave served as Senior Vice President – Engines Group for $1.8 Billion Briggs & Stratton, the world’s largest producer of engines for outdoor power equipment, and is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of lithium-ion battery, standby generator, energy storage system, lawn and garden, turf care and job site products. Dave also held roles of increasing responsibility with Briggs & Stratton over 15 years including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer as well as Corporate Controller. Prior to Briggs & Stratton, Dave was Vice-President and Corporate Controller of Roundy’s Supermarkets, Inc., a $4 billion grocery retailer. Dave began his career in public accounting with Arthur Andersen LLP and Deloitte LLP where he primarily served both publicly held and private global companies in consumer products and manufacturing industries. Dave holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting from Marquette University is a Certified Public Accountant.


Andrew Korzen

Sales for the U.S. and Canada
Andy Korzen serves as Vice President of Wilsonart Sales for the U.S. and Canada for Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces. Andy is responsible for top-line growth across Wilsonart distribution channels and direct account segments. Andy leads the U.S. and Canada sales team, including warehouse operations. Andy Korzen joined Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces in April of 2014 and previously served as Vice President of Product Management where he was responsible for leading the growth and global expansion of Wilsonart Quartz, Solid Surface, and our Durcon Epoxy product lines. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Andy served as Director of North American Sales for SABIC Innovative Plastics where he was responsible for sales growth for a 45-person team selling resins through direct and distribution channels. Andy also held roles of increasing responsibility with SABIC (previously GE Plastics) over 14 years in Sales, Technical Marketing, Commercial Operations, General Management, and Global Product Management for Noryl Resins. Andy is also a graduate of the GE Technical Sales Leadership program and is a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt. Andy earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. Andy also holds two U.S. Patents and has published two technical articles for ANTEC and the SAMPE journal.


Jeff Petru

Business Development and Strategy
Jeff Petru has served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces since May 2013. Jeff is responsible for Mergers, Acquisitions, Alliances, and other inorganic growth efforts as well as strategic planning for the global enterprise. Jeff has completed over two dozen buy and sell transactions with public and private companies throughout his career with a process-driven approach to corporate development. Prior to Wilsonart, Jeff held corporate development and strategy leadership roles at several Fortune 1000 companies including 3M Company, W.R. Grace, and most recently Kennametal, Inc. Jeff holds his Bachelor’s Degree from Northwestern University in Illinois and his MBA from Indiana University. Jeff is also a certified Six Sigma Blackbelt.


Jay Krishnamurthy
Chief Information Officer
Jay Krishnamurthy has served as the Chief Information Officer of Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces since July 2013. Jay leads the Information Systems and Technology function, as well as having responsibility for digitizing business processes across the global enterprise. He is responsible for setting the strategic vision for IT, while enabling top-line growth and identifying key growth and productivity drivers. Prior to joining the Wilsonart team, Jay served as Vice President of IT and CIO at J. B. Poindexter & Co., Inc., a privately held diversified global industrial and manufacturing enterprise. Prior to that, Jay served as Director of Enterprise Systems at Crocs, a global leader in casual and innovative footwear, during a time of tremendous growth. Prior to Crocs, Jay served in various consulting management roles at Oracle Corporation, a leading computer technology company with annual revenues of over $12 billion. Jay earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering from Wichita State University in Kansas, as well as his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mysore in India.


Danielle Mikesell

Marketing and Design
Danielle Mikesell joined Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces in July of 2019 and serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Design. Danielle is responsible for leading and overseeing the marketing and design functions across the global enterprise. This includes leading the organization’s marketing strategy and driving the development of world-class engineered surface designs. Danielle previously served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product for PGT Innovations, a nationally recognized leader in premium windows and doors that are highly engineered and technically advanced to withstand tough weather. Prior to PGT, Danielle served in various marketing and sales leadership roles for Masco Cabinetry. Danielle holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in marketing management from Western Governors University.


Tim Pearson

Tim Pearson has served as the President for EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces since July 2014. Tim oversees the Polyrey, Resopal and Wilsonart UK brands. Tim joined Wilsonart UK in 1998 and has held numerous positions including Managing Director, Wilsonart UK Sales Director, Logistics Manager and Business Development Manager. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Tim held various roles within the Transport and Distribution industry. Tim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management from Sunderland University where he also attained 1st Class Honours.


Rajesh Ramamurthy

Innovation and Technology
Raj Ramamurthy has served as Vice President of Innovation and Technology for Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces since June 2014. Raj is responsible for development and execution of new technology initiatives that enable global growth and efficiencies. Raj began his career at Wilsonart in 1999 and has also served as a Research Scientist (R&D), Product & Technology Manager responsible for product quality, low-cost country sourcing and vendor negotiations (Wilsonart Solid Surfacing business unit), Director of Sustainability (Marketing), and Director of New Product Development. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Raj held the position of Manager Product Development at MRC Polymers, a leader in recycled engineering plastics compounding. Raj holds a Bachelor’s of Science and Engineering (BSE) Degree in Polymer Engineering from the University of Mysore in India as well as a Master of Science Degree in Engineering (MSE) from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. He is also the recipient of several US patents and publications.


Robert Stroescu

Product Management (Solid Surface & Epoxy)
Robert Stroescu joined Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces in February of 2021 and serves as Vice President of Product Management (Solid Surface & Epoxy). Robert is responsible for leading the growth and global expansion of our solid surface and epoxy product lines. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Robert served as Vice President – Light Commercial and Construction for the global power management company Eaton. Prior to this role, Robert served in several other leadership roles with Eaton, including National Account Director for Electrical and Regional VP. Prior to Eaton, Robert served as VP – Channel Management for Everlight Americas, a leading electronics manufacturer. Robert also held roles of increasing responsibility with Rexel, a global electrical distributor, leading product management and growth of lighting and data communications. Robert holds a B.S. in business administration and marketing from Regis University in Denver, CO, and a degree in Commerce and Economics from the Bavarian College of Business Management in Munich, Germany.


Kimberly Watson

Material Replacement
Kimberly Watson joined Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces in July 2019 and serves as the Vice President of Material Replacement. Kimberly is responsible for leading and overseeing the material replacement product lines across the global enterprise. This includes growing a portfolio of surfaces to replace traditional materials such as wood, tile, and ceramic surfaces. Kimberly previously served as Vice President of Sales for North America for Demilec Spray Foam. Demilec is the recognized global industry leader in the development and distribution of environmentally-friendly and energy-efficient spray foam insulation. Prior to Demilec, Kimberly served in various sales leadership roles for Cummins Inc., Saint-Gobain and Owens Corning. Kimberly holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Texas in Austin.


Ron Ubertini

Pricing, TFL, Adhesives and Additional Businesses
Ron Ubertini joined Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces in April 2013 and serves as Vice President of Pricing, TFL, Adhesives and Additional Businesses. Ron is responsible for overseeing pricing of all of our products across the global enterprise. Ron also leads our businesses related to TFL (coordinated surfaces) and adhesives, in addition to our Laminart, Arborite and Mexico-based businesses. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Ron served in various leadership roles with Sabic Innovative Plastics leading pricing and business profitability. Prior to Sabic, Ron served as Commercial Operations Leader at GE Plastics where he was responsible for optimizing and executing all pricing initiatives for the Americas organization. Ron has also served as a certified Master Black Belt with GE Capital where he led a team to improve all business and commercial processes for the leasing business. Ron holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in Massachusetts as well an MBA from Babson College in Massachusetts.


Shawn Wicketts

Shawn Wicketts serves as the Vice President of Human Resources for Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces. Shawn is responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s HR strategy for 4,500+ employees across the globe. This includes attracting, developing, motivating, and engaging the high-performing, diverse workforce needed to support business growth and transformation. Shawn joined Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces in March of 2014 and previously served as Senior Director, Human Resources & Total Rewards. Prior to Wilsonart, Shawn served in various HR leadership roles with several leading organizations, including The Walt Disney Company, United Technologies Corporation, and International Game Technology. Shawn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and an MBA from New Mexico State University.


Terry Walsh

Operations
Terry Walsh joined Wilsonart Engineered Surfaces in January 2020 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations. Terry is responsible for leading manufacturing, sourcing, materials management, safety and logistics across the global enterprise. Prior to joining Wilsonart, Terry served as Vice President of Operations, Product Supply, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics and Customer Service for ChemTreat (A Danaher Company). Prior to ChemTreat, Terry served as Vice President of Manufacturing and Product Supply for Henkel. Terry holds a Bachelor's of Science Degree in mechanical engineering from Rutgers University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Rider University.
